The steps for making a primo webcomic go something like this: 1. Script and/or storyboard. 2. Draw with pencil. 3. Ink drawings. 4. Scan into Photoshop at high resolutions. 5. Fix drawing/inking errors. 6. Colorize, add FX, and prettify. 7. Slam dialog on top. 8. Save hi-rez version for eventual paper publication. 9. Remove dialog. 10. Resample to a width of about 432 pixels at 72 dpi. 11. Re-add dialog. 12. Save lo-rez version. 13. Upload into queue. 14. Read message board and email, marvelling how many fan boys want you to draw all your characters nude and having sex with each other, preferably simultaneously. 15. Become so popular that you can't afford the bandwidth charges, even with the revenue from 37 banner ads. 16. Go on hiatus until everybody gives up on you. 17. Go back to step 1. --Thor
