No sending address--would be kinda silly to use such a thing for offical Cabal business, as that would mean any schmuck could trace said person down, and if you -really- needed to send things on cabal business I would imagine your minions would just -know- where to go---and when I opened the envelope I couldn't make heads or tails of the thing.
